Mid-Hudson Library System member libraries that are participating in the current Battle of the Books program may reserve a buzzer system for use during their practice battles.
To reserve a buzzer system:

– Supply a list of the dates you want to use the buzzer system
– Reservations will be attempted and confirmation will be sent via email
Generally, the buzzers will arrive the morning of their use and are due back the next day. In certain cases, due to scheduling, they will arrive a day before their use. Please remember they should be put out the night before next to the regular MHLS bins with a non-bin form attached since pick-up is in the early morning hours. If a buzzer is not returned on time, chances are it will cause a cancellation for the next reservation.
